“Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful place!”

This was literally my favourite place I stayed on my Oz tour and, yes, that was mostly down to Coral Bay itself but the Ningaloo Club was perfect aswell. It was clean and comfortable. Heaps of people around to chat with if you, like me, are a sole traveller and at night it was relatively quiet so you could get some sleep (after the bar shut of course!) The bar was reasonably priced, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The internet was cheaper and faster than other places on the west coast, there was a kitchen, a lounge area and a pool. And the burger BBQ they put on, from memory I think twice a week, was incredible!!!! The location, again, was perfect but Coral Bay is so small, it couldn't be anything other than a 5 minute walk to the incredible beach anyway.

Room Tip: Second floor I guess is better than the first as not so many people have to go past your room but I...

“Pleasantly surprised”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 January 2012

Accommodation is very expensive in Coral Bay, being such a small and beautiful location, so the Ningaloo Club is really good for reasonable priced rooms. It was the first time I've stayed in a hostel type accommodation in many years, and was generally happy.

I had a private double room without en suite, so sharing the bathroom facilities with the dormitory accommodation. I was only here overnight and enjoyed my stay. The facilities are good - a reasonable kitchen, pool, bar and great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach etc. The room was clean and adequate and the bathrooms were kept clean too.

The window in my room fronted the pool and common area, so it was a little noisy in the evening, but that's to be expected in this type of accommodation and there is a noise curfew.

“Great place- very clean”

Coral Bay/Ningaloo Reef is such an amazing place. i instantly fell in love with the atmosphere and the beach there. it was absolutely stunning.

Ningaloo Club is almost like an older hotel that has been converted to a hostel. It is very clean. There's also a lounge area and a kitchen area where you can cook. there are not a lot of restuarants, so you will inevitably end up cooking. ningaloo club provides most of what you need. you get sheets and crockery when you check in and you can borrow pots, pans and knives or whatever you need.

there's not much to do in ningaloo reef besides diving, snorkelling and lying on the beach, so you probably won't end up spending mroe than a week. but it is such a good place.

the only thing i will say, which is my general complaint about australia, is that there is no customer service. the people at the front desk are friendly enough, but not overly helpful. i found that i had to ask most things that i should have been told anyway. there is also a policy that they do not have any refunds. so do NOT prepay for your room. my friend did that and ending up having to beg for our money back, which ended up being a credit note anyway. but just be careful, because they do not make it very clear that they cannot give refunds. that annoys me as i don't feel that's a fair policy, but that's another issue.

overall amazing time in ningaloo reef, definitely recommend it!!!

“Nice Hostel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 November 2011

This hostel was a great place to stay for 3 nights. They have a nice pool in the middle of their area. A small but nice bar. Some of the staff were very sweet and some not so much. A good, clean kitchen.
We stayed in a 4 bed dormroom, and it was ok. Nothing fancy but ok. Mind the ants though.

“Clean Dorm Rooms”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 October 2011

We stayed here for 1 night as we arrived here on the Greyhound which meant we got there at 2am. We'd booked the night before so in reception was a basket filled with bed sheets and cuttlery each along with a room key. So we set up our beds and tried to get to sleep. But about 4 other people came in and there was only 1 more bed left in the 10 bed dorm so bit of a nightmare which resulted in a night staff having to come in and call our names out to try and sort it out so no sleep till 4am and check out is at 9.30! - We stayed at the BayView campsite after that. It's quite expensive as well and very backpackery.
