Tried booking this motel via email. Emails were not answered. Tried telephoning, got answer machine. I went in to the motel on my way to Brisbane and confirmed a booking in person. When I returned to check in the following week I was abused by the managemet, told that there were a lot of scams by clergymen which is why they didn't answer the email and were very basically very aggressive. I walked out and went to another motel. Another priest in Childers on conference also cancelled his booking.
