My room faced the main road, and was near the entrance so had people passing the door late night and noise of cars. The rooms are above the pub, so some noise can be heard, spacious room, clean, slighted dated compared with other premier inns. Parking free and convenient. Book well ahead for good price.

Good central location, staff are very helpful, rooms are fine for a budget hotel chain, all you need for an short stay.

As we had stayed here before, we chose this hotel to stay when we came to London to watch the Remembrance Sunday parade. We were not disappointed. The price was much cheaper than hotels nearer to the centre of town but was easily accessible by public transport. The staff at Premier Inn were as attentive as ever, and always at hand with help and advice if needed. It is near to the train station and just across the road from bus stops to all the surrounding areas. The room was spotlessly clean, the check in staff superb. Another great hotel to stay at. Well done Premier Inn-premier staff-premier service!!!!

First impressions good. The site has lots of shrubs and plants, decent car park. Efficient check in. Decent sized room with Freeview TV. Free car parking for guests. Staff friendly and good that there was also someone cleaning the reception/entrance area and the car park was being kept tidy too. Only minor minus was the shower was not that powerful and the head was fixed in one position. No real noise issues, even though it's on the inner ring road.
A short walk to Romford Station, shops,market etc, even nearer to the Liberty shops and Asda. Didn't use the Liberty Bell pub but very handy of course. Have used a few years ago and it was fine, will use more again especially as some of the spec and quality standards have improved.
