The hotel itself was very nice and well kept, situated in the Alps overlooking a picturesque landscape. The staff was attentive and willing to help with every need and the rooms were both spacious and clean. There was a sense of hospitality here that I haven't seen other places.
The location of the hotel was hard to find however. It was located on top of a high mountaintop which required our tour bus to make multiple turnarounds make it up. The signage to the hotel was also a bit hard to follow on the first day. There are no amenities outside the hotel area, as you're in the middle of nowhere and Luzern, the nearest major city, is at least 20 miles away.
