we have just had a FANTASTIC week at the Tryp port cambrils... amazing staff througout the hotel !!!!!! the food is super.. plenty plenty selection.. we often visit Cambrils and its surroundings.. if you go take the train to Hospitalet de L Infantel a jewel of a place..tourist info at Cambrils is sooooo helpful and nothing is a trouble to them...all in all Cambrils is sooooooo polite and caring as is the tryp port hotel... amazing amazing... many thanks the all who made our holiday sooooo wonderful.... Just came back from The Tryp Port Hotel in Cambrils and had a lovely holiday, hotel was good food was good and staff very friendly until I asked to change some money. When she realised it was Scottish she said they did not change Scottish notes. I was outraged, so beware if you go there as we had to go into Salou to change money.

I enjoyed my stay with the family in this hotel, it's a few blocks walking distance from the beach and from the port. The swimming pool was nice for my son and staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from, even a person doing on-demand omelets and churros!

We spent a week at this hotel, B&B, and are very happy with our choice. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is a generous buffet, with a wide choice of hot and cold options and can be eaten in or out of doors.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom, and we enjoyed using the balcony. The blackout curtains were especially welcome, as our room got the morning sun; the air conditioning was quiet; we were not disturbed by noise from either within or outside the hotel at any time of the night or day.
The hotel is well located, near the seafront and beach and in walking distance of the town.
Most of our time in the hotel was spent at the pool, which is well furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. As we stayed at the start of the low season the weekdays were not very busy.
Our whole experience was positive, and very good value.
