on arrival we were told to collect keys from pins platja apts, when we got there they then sent us to costa verda apts were the office was closed (10-15pm) we eventually found somebody and got the keys we then had to find apts (100yds down the road) but they are called internacional (not ibersol inter playa).
When we got to our apartment the room wasn't too bad but the bathroom was a disgrace, the tiles were mouldy and rust around the bath. We were left a large pile of clean towels and there was clean bedding and one toilet roll which we thought was ok until we realised they were to last us the whole ten days we stayed (between 4 of us) because we did not have any maid service. We attempted to complain to reception and found we didn,t have one all we were given was a contact number which just rang out. The fully equipped kitchen consisted of a fridge, hob which blew the electric, and a sink, no kettle or microwave.there is no bar no restaurant and 95% of other apartments were privately owned by spanish.
on the good side, good location, there is a cafe/bar right next to apartments, nice pool.
