We have just returned from a week at The Atlantis early Feb. The hotel is fantastic. So clean and fresh, housekeeping are always on the go. Brilliant service, staff are so genuinely obliging and efficient. Excellent choice of food and drinks - all the time, such a high standard at every sitting. The quality and range of everything on offer was incredible, always being replenished and the presentation was lovely. Entertainment was good, the mini kids club was great, my wee girl stuck up a bond with "Betty" and she was openely welcomed each day, what a greeting for a 3 year old. Selection of pools to suit what you're looking for and the Asian restaurant where you can eat once in your week is just fab. Short and lovely walk into the town, crime-free and so lovely. There's even a skin care tanning consultant simply walking around advising you on how to achieve the best and safest tan! Despite the weather being not so great, cloudy and v windy, we had a fabulous time and would recommend to other families without a doubt, enjoy!!

just returned from holiday and it was fantastic.michael was first person to greet us and he was excellent. suite was much better than we expected and as with all of the resort it was spotless. the week we stayed we never saw any litter anywhere. Meals in main restaurant were fantastic. Something for everyone and varied every night. Grounds were very well maintained as were pools. staff very pleasant and helpful. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Would recommend to anyone. We look forward very much to returning in the near future. Dave and Mary 6/2/2012

This was our first family holiday and we brought our 9 week old with us. Hotel met all our needs and requests. We had emailed prior to travel to ask for a quiet first floor room. Meal times were all great and we especially enjoyed the service received in the Spanish restaurant. The Aisian wasn't just as good but we enjoyed it. So much food to choose from and freshly cooked meats. Most days we ate lunch in the pool bar and the sandwich area. This was great and the staff looked after us.

We made use of the Spa and gym too. I hired a bike for the day which I thought was great value and a great was to see around some of the island. We arranged for internet one of the days but there was technical difficulty and so we got a new code and this worked much better for the second day. Reception staff really good at sorting out the problem.

The animation team were great and must be exhausted at the end of every day. The Abba show was great. Well done guys.

We have just returned from this hotel and have had a fantastic holiday here (again). The hotel staff are very helpful. We had a room overlooking the kids pool (2105) which was perfect for us as we have a 4 year old and a 10 month old. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The entertainment staff were the best we have ever seen, they made by 4 year old feel very special and had him on stage on more than 1 occasion. He couldn't wait for the kids club to open.
It is a family hotel, but does have adult only areas in the restaurant and quiet areas around the pools.
The food was great, lots of choice and the staff were very quick to clear plates etc away.

We will be booking to return for a third time next January, I will be emailing the hotel to request a room we have seen that we would like. I spoke to the public relations manager whilst I was there (as he was walking around the restaurant speaking with guests) who said at this time of year they can more or less meet most room requests.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is one of the best AI hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few, both as a couple and as a family with children.
