This is a simple 2stars old Hotel with limited service, that originally didn't cause problem to us but.......
- the hotel is very noisy especialy the side over the bar. Moreover this side is smelly because of the smoke coming up from the grill
- only more or less clean
-the cleaning, the towel change was random, every day or every 6 days never to know
- our toalett was not fixed correctly, continuos stinky drain smell in the room , several fixtures was worn-out and didn't work correctly (door, tap...)
- the breakfest choice was poor, they was incapable of keeping enough tee filter on stock either,the coffee-automat is a wrack, the man had continous filling, that the beldame (the owner's mother) was watching who eats how much and why is in the hotel at all
-the staff was polite or neutral, the owner women was kind, but manifestly she needed big effort to do so, His mother is straight rude, there was no day without causing disconfort to somebody
- the owner is grabber, the most fussy situation was, than I needed 5 minutes internetconnection on our last half day there and she wanted to have 10 Euro for the wifi connection in the reception hall

until this time (40 years) I newer and nowhere experienced similar attitude from host

If you're searching for luxury, it's not for you. Basic two star very clean. Clean sheets and towels daily. Staff lovely, very obliging. Continental breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Would definitely go again.

Even for two stars it is unacceptable: the rooms are sooo run down: the front desk does not care whether you have the light in your room or whether your bed falls apart. Yeah, you could not sleep because of the noisy bars outside with live music - 2 bands at the same time!

Bathroom was around 30 years old without any repairs...

It was like a trip to a third world country really...or a ghetto hostel... Don't spoil your Mallorca vacation!

For two stars, the hotel as a property was OK ... clean, service ok. Old equipment, but still bearable.
What was not bearable was the TERRIBLE NOICE… every night till 5 am or later we had a feeling we are sleeping in the middle of a pub overcrowded with drunk people. Why? There are pubs with gardens just in front of the hotel windows. And the biggest disco in Peguera – yes, the entrance is also there.
When you close the window, you immediately have 40 degrees inside and the noise is still really bad.
So if ever back to Mallorca, then never to hotel Playas the Peguera.
