Me and 4 friends stayed there in July, looking at the reviews i was dreading it. The apartment was clean and tidy and quite spacious. Although we felt asif we had to tip toe when coming in after a night out in magaluf which was extremly hard. The pool was clean and we had it too our most of the times. It is more of a family place rather than a place for 5 girls. I would only recommend this place if you are over 50 and are looking for a quiet holiday!

I stayed here in June with 3 of my friends and to be honest, after reading the reviews I was dreading it! But I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and space of the apartment and friendliness of the owner Alberto, who was very accommodating. There was ample room for 4 girls to get ready of an evening, the balcony overlooked the pool and beach, and the cleaners came in every other day to change the towels and make the beds. It was relatively quiet as the apartments are situated just off the main road and the main lively bars are about a 3 minute walk away (or 7 in heels!) Magaluf was a 10-15 minute walk or a taxi is about 4 Euros. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone as I think they suit families or groups of young people (we are 25-27), as long as you're mature enough to respect that other people are staying the the apartment block too. The only thing I would say is that the decor could do with updating, olive green and orange tiles in the kitchen first thing after a night out is not the best hangover cure! Having said that we are planning on going back next year and staying in Marina Apartments.

Nice clean spacious apartments. The owner Alberto was lovely, he found my sandel strap that I had lost. He knocked on door and made sure we were ok throughout the stay. Nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and nightlife of Magaluf.

walked in the door and the woman was already shouting, we were a large group of girls so already had been stereotyped. it is also so hard to understand the owners which causes many problems to begin with as the majority of holidayers were english! i saw famillies being shouted at on there arrival too. some women were waiting hours to be checked in as the owners 'apparently' dont stay around but still manage to know whats been going on during the day and werent answering the emergency phone numbers.
no noise allowed after half 10, the time all other people were just going out!
pool area locked at 7, when the sun is still shining, though alot of the pool area becomes shaded in the afternoon.
no inflatables which makes the cold deep pool water even more unbearable.
every other groups we had met had also had problems with he owners, i really dont know why they accept large groups of young people if they can not cater or handle that they just want to have a good time and paid way too much money to go there!
the apartments were filthy, feet were dirty once stepped out of the shower! kitchen area, dont even go there, i refused to touch anything in there.
the resort though was lovely really cheap and the beaches were amazing and always packed.
i ould definetly go back to the resort but never again to the hotel, we were so jealous of the hotel next door everyone seemed to be having so much of a btter time :(
our whole group are sending a letter of complaint to our travel agents, we were conned big time !
