The apartment was very spacious with a newly fitted bathroom and very clean throughout. The balcony is a good size, big enough for 4 adults. The cleaning ladies came in every third day and had a good tidy and clean round. The kitchen could do with a bit of an update, but only in a cosmetic way. Green and orange tiles and green cupboard doors are very 70's! All in all, very happy with the apartment and the owner - who was very helpful and concerned with our comfort, and speaks excellent English - and I would happily stay in this block again.
One thing that I think I should mention is the pool tiles. They are clean and in excellent repair but are very slippery. As the pool slopes steeply from the shallow end, sliding down them can be fun but care needs to be taken when getting in the pool. The pool is very clean and it was nice to have it to ourselves quite a bit, even though there where plenty of people in the building.

a group of 5 lads went there last july. we pleased with the apartments as they were a good size and clean with everything you needed for your stay, the issue was alberto and his wife. we had to sign a contract on arrival saying if we made noise after 10 we would be kicked out. we felt all week that we could not be loud as we did not want to get kicked out which limited our fun. we got told off for playing music during the day. unless your a family dont go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and 4 friends stayed there in July, looking at the reviews i was dreading it. The apartment was clean and tidy and quite spacious. Although we felt asif we had to tip toe when coming in after a night out in magaluf which was extremly hard. The pool was clean and we had it too our most of the times. It is more of a family place rather than a place for 5 girls. I would only recommend this place if you are over 50 and are looking for a quiet holiday!

I stayed here in June with 3 of my friends and to be honest, after reading the reviews I was dreading it! But I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and space of the apartment and friendliness of the owner Alberto, who was very accommodating. There was ample room for 4 girls to get ready of an evening, the balcony overlooked the pool and beach, and the cleaners came in every other day to change the towels and make the beds. It was relatively quiet as the apartments are situated just off the main road and the main lively bars are about a 3 minute walk away (or 7 in heels!) Magaluf was a 10-15 minute walk or a taxi is about 4 Euros. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone as I think they suit families or groups of young people (we are 25-27), as long as you're mature enough to respect that other people are staying the the apartment block too. The only thing I would say is that the decor could do with updating, olive green and orange tiles in the kitchen first thing after a night out is not the best hangover cure! Having said that we are planning on going back next year and staying in Marina Apartments.
