We like the southern part of Spain. Especially Nerja, Sevilla, Tarifa and Granada. We were always a bit hesitant to go to the costa del sol. Too touristic with too much concrete buildings. Although we enjoyed our week there (Malaga, beaches, Marbella, nice hinterland) we came to the conclusion that it is very touristic, but that we found our safe haven in Rancho Sentosa. It is unbelievable how Vanessa and Slawek found such a nice place. When you arrive it feels like arriving in a national park. Trees, birds singing and quietness. A true gem! The apartments are spacious and very well equipped. The outdoor kitchen is good as well as the swimming pool. We could not ask for more. So, if you want to explore the costa del sol without spending time in a concrete building this is definitely the place to be. Would we recommend it: yes. Would we come back: yes.
