We were looking for a weekend away and with already being to the costa del sol a few times, like to try different places, had trouble finding the hotel in the first place, but once we found it, it was fine.
A car is defiantly needed, I had one so I was fine, a local shop 5 mins away, rooms were lovely, bathroom was a little small, but still very nice.
We were there in November, (pool was freezing) had indoor pool, the only thing I didn't like was that you had to wear a swimming cap, but could live with that.
The bar staff were nice and friendly and the restaurant looked nice, just didn't go in there, as I said, we had a car so was driving around exploring.
I have a 4 year old, and behind our apartment there was a lovely park and bouncy castle, which was a great plus point.
All surrounding areas are lovely o 'la cala' was. A lovely friendly area.
Would defiantly go again and the prices to stay are really reasonable, and cheap.
Don't be put off by bad comments. I have stayed in much much worse places, at least this hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained!!!!

Honest: This is the first condo we have ever booked, (we average 2 per year) that after arrival, quickly decided to find a hotel. We booked a 3 bedroom. This place can´t even be rated a 1 star. Dinner opens at 6 pm. After waiting for 20 minutes in the restaurant at a table, we finally got up and went to the bar to ask for a waiter. Food was awful and that was our last meal there. The room was freezing and smelled bad with outdated heaters. Bring your own towels. No dishwasher. The interior was very run down and old and outdated. The sofa and beds were all in horrible condition. I was laughing as I tried to cut open a sandwich bag with 1 of 2 knives in the room. Was extremely dull, at least we had nothing else to carve up. Staff was extremely rude and I even asked them if they cared about all the recent bad reviews they had recieved, they brushed it off with a look showing they could careless. I thought the town itself was nice and we found plenty to do. All in all, this was the worst condo we have ever been too. For those of you about to stay here, a day after checkin, see if I was wrong.

Stayed in May 2011 . Appartment was a bit old and rundown with the kitchen cuboards in need of renewal. We had a very large apppartment with plenty of room for 6 people
The appartment is covered in iron bars but we had no security issues
No decent garden or terras in out appartment
Pool area was fine and we had great weather
Plenty of golf and beaches nearby

Where to begin. When we arrived we where greeted by the receptionist which was the friendliest person in the hotel !! The restaurant staff looked suicidal and never smiled which made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. The outside pool was dirty and really cold. The inside pool was really cold aswell and you wernt aloud in without a swimming cap which you had to buy from the reception for 4 euros. Ther was a jucuzzi aswell but was full of spanish teenagers kissing and what i can only describe as being innapropriate in it  The only entertainment they had to offer where karaoke singers which where terrible. The area itself was a good distance away from anything lucky we hired a car. The rooms where clean and spacious so cant fault them on that but the maid came once in the seven days we stayed. All in all i will never consider returning here as i found the general lack of things to do made it a bad holiday
