Visiting family in the area....What a nice,clean ,friendly place. Beds were comfy and clean.
Breakfast area was clean and nice selection. Front Desk (esp.Dana ) were great help.
All staff were very friendly.

Look forward to returning there again.

I have stayed in several places in a 50 mile radius. I find this hotel convenient, priced reasonably and fabulous customer service. I visit eight to ten times per year several days at a time. Its comfortable, convenient to shopping, restaurants and anything else you may need. Front desk and housekeeping are the friendliest most professional hotel staff. I feel at home every time I visist

We were in a bind, unexpectedly needing a place to stay with our four small children and our dog. The front desk staff were great about helping us out. They continued to be great throughout the week as we had to keep extending. I appreciated our dog being welcomed at a reasonable rate.

The breakfast was more than reasonable for a continental, and the rooms were clean.

My only complaints are that the door slamming of people leaving started about 6 a.m. every morning (which the hotel really can't control.) and the fact that the laundry room is on the third floor, where all the smokers are.

Overall those are minor to me, and we will stay there again if we are in the area.

Traveled to Gloucester area for Thanksgiving weekend and of course stayed the two nights at the Comfort Inn. Once again I have no complaints about this facility at all. The rooms they put my family and myself in were very clean, ample towels, beds were firm and comfortable, sheets and pillow cases were clean and crisp. The new flat screen TV's were awesome and the new, quiet AC/heat units were appreciated. Also, as usual, the staff was outstanding and profession. I just love Dana at the front desk. She is helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was adequate as was last year, I talked to the lady in charge of the kitchen and suggested they bring back the sausage gravy and biscuits. She said they were looking into doing that. We've never had a problem with asking to check in early and I just think that overall this is one of the BEST motels we have ever stayed at. Gloucester is such a nice area to visit and the Comfort Inn makes the stay that much better. Thanks, Comfort Inn.
