We (agroup of 5) Went to kings dominion so we stayed here 1 night. One room had 2 quean beds and a let out sofa bed so it worked perfect for us. At checking in we were greated with a smile and convercation, making us feel like we belonged there.We went to the room and realized that we needed more towels , coffie and soap and conditioner and it was no problem, we went to the front desk and it was given to us with a smile.We left to go to Kings Dominion with a "have fun". Every thing there was nice and clean.There's a lot of parking including truck or cars with trailers. That was good also, we had 3 cars.(we came in from different places) We had a Nice stay. I will recomend this hotel to every one.

This hotel was filthy. The sheets in the sofa bed were stained and I had to request clean ones, and there was no extra blanket for the sofa, either. There were sticky rings (from soda?) on tables and the nightstand. The carpet had sticky spots everywhere and the bathroom floor had not been mopped as evidenced by the brown spills on the tile. The non-slip pads in the shower were black. Even the hallways and elevators needed a vacuuming & carpet cleaning. The desk clerk was unfriendly and tried to kick us out after the first night despite the reservation receipt clearly showing I had reserved two nights. The hotel is located beside train tracks. I heard 4 trains the first night. The breakfast was gross. Normally we like Comfort Suites, but this one gave us the creeps. Will not stay here again.

We booked a room here because it was close to kings Dominion and I have always dealt with Comfort Suites. BIG MISTAKE this time! Before I even made it into my room i saw numorous dead roaches in the elevator ceiling where the light was. Once I got into the room it really got worse. I always check the beds before bringing any luggage in and I am glad that I do. I pulled the sheets back on the first bed and saw three small bugs crawling and bouncing. I managed to kill one and looked it up on my phone. Sure enough "BED BUGS". I could not get out of there quick enough. I suggest using EXTREME caution if you attempt to stay here. You may end up bringing home some uninvited guests that will not want to leave!

First of all, let me say we stayed at this hotel last year and it was great! Of course, i guess that was because the hotel was new. This time, upon check in, the hotel manager checking us in was very rude. After recieving our keys, we entered a room that wasn't even clean. Dirty sheets and towels thrown every where. We go back down stairs to complain and they look at us as if we were lying. So an employee came to check only to find out that we were telling the truth. Finally they send someone to clean the room. Their cleaning staff needed something to be desired... straight attitude as if we had ruined their day. We had to ask for extra towels, pillow cases and continue to go back and forth with the front desk only to get straight attitude. Breakfast had one waffle iron for the entire hotel, so the breakfast that was promised was out of the question. All in all, it was a awful stay I recommend everyone stay at the Country Inn Suites next door, because it was alot cleaner and better customer service.
