This hotel has a lot to commend it: The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff attentive. Its a relatively new property and located in a nicely maintained corporate park.
I did not give this hotel 5 stars because those commendable items don't add up to a great experience -- there are a number of little items that detract from the experience. Breakfast is not free with your room, which is fine, but the way the staff tells you about the breakfast policy is confusing to say the least, I asked for a clarification and though that some was compelentary and some was not. I was wrong. In our suite, we had two tvs. One of the tvs had HD and many channels, and the other did not. It took us a while to figure out that the TVs were different. Also the beds have nice controls, but it took a while to figure that out as well.
Would consider coming back.
Room Tip: face the pond out back if you can.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review of our property! I'm so glad to see that you enjoyed your stay with us! We really appreciate your kind words about the hotel and our staff. I wanted to take just a moment to address the comments you had regarding breakfast, the televisions and the bed in your room.
It is a standard at Hilton Garden Inn's that we do not offer complimentary breakfast along with your room. However, we do offer a full cook to order breakfast for $9.95, and we offer a continental version for $5.95. We do our best to explain upon checkin and again at breakfast in the morning that the continental version offers all of the cold items on our bar, as well as all of our pastries and danishes, and our hot oatmeal. The full hot breakfast offers everything that the continental features, as well as all of the items on our hot buffet like scrambled eggs, bacon and hashbrowns, and cook to order omelettes and waffles.
As far as the televisions in your suite, they both should have been working exactly the same, so I apologize that one wasn't working properly. We recently had all of our televisions replaced with brand new LG HD televisions. As with most new things, we've experienced a few glitches with our HD channels, where occasionally they aren't coming through the way they should. As soon as we realized there was a problem, we have been doing daily checks of all of our televisions to make sure the channels are working properly. We will continue to monitor the channels closely just as a precaution, but we don't anticipate any further issues to affect our guests.
I'm sorry it took a few minutes to figure out how to use the controls for the Garden Sleep System bed in your room. All of our king beds do feature the Garden Sleep System, and therefore they are adjustable to the comfort of each individual guest. The controls are located on either side of the head of the bed underneath the fitted sheet, and can be adjusted to make the mattress softer or firmer. It is an air pocket system, so it does take a few minutes for the pockets to fill up with air and become firmer or let some air out to become softer. It also doesn't make any noise, so you won't hear it as it is adjusting.
Hopefully that helps explain everything that you had concerns about. We have a great hotel here along with a great staff, and we hope that you will come back and stay with us again soon!
