This is a short term apartment type basic motel with weekly or monthly rates. It is very clean, comfortable and units have a kitchen with basic equipment. There is a laundry facility on site and also a gas grill for communal use. The bed is very comfortable & sofa bed was acceptable. You need to bring shampoo, hangers, dish soap, etc etc, but there are plently of towels and maid service if you stay more than one week. There is a supermarket in the adjacent strip mall. The motel is quiet and seems to be safe. The resident manager (Steve) was excellent and helped with directions, etc.
