I would recommend The Comfort Inn University on Emmet St. in Charlottesville to anyone! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, they give you free wi-fi access, and hot breakfast items. And the staff is very happy and helpful to customers. Plus, it's pet friendly! You can't go wrong for the price, compared to other hotels in the area!

This hotel is nestled behind a fast food restaurant, very welcoming lobby. Friendly staff and helpful when anything goes wrong! All areas were well kept and the rooms were clean and fresh. Staff answered all questions about the area and check in and out were quick.

Stay here often and wouldn't choose anywhere else!

Typical average Comfort Inn - good location if you're visiting C'ville and Monticello. The rooms were okay - bedspread and chairs looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite awhile. But, no bed bugs and everything worked fine.

Thie overwhelming smoke smell made this stay our most uncomfortable we have had in 25 years. We asked to be moved but were unable and because the room had been prepaid, we were stuck. We bought carpet and air freshen- used complete bottles of both. The windows don't open so there was no relief. The carpets are dirty and sticky and we wore our shoes except when we climbed in the bed. The price was also very high, more than $100 a night.
I cannot express how bad this was adequately with words.
Do not stay here.
