Rooms were just a little larger than your standard coffin. The air conditioners were a joke. They even changed the original, and the replacement was just as bad. I will never stay at another Motel 6 after this.

the bed frame was broken and there a lot of very drunken, loud "locals" trying to climb the palm trees at 3 am, and management did NOTHING to quiet them down. We had already switched rooms due to broken items and unsasfe conditions in the 1st one.

The "new" look is awful, very stark. Platform beds, linoleum floor, orange and beige color scheme. Small table, no desk like before. No refrig or microwaqve like many Motel 6s now have. Nothing on walls (pictures, dec., etc.) Liked new flat screen TV, but needed something in room listing channels available and what was what. Hate to have to pay for Internet access.
Tubs have been removed and new showers are slippery, need a grab bar, traction strips, or something for safety. A shelf in shower to put shampoo and bath soap bottles on would have been nice. Water runs out onto floor, need a edge guard to keep water in shower and longer shower curtain. I tried rolling towels up and putting along edge. Disaster waiting to happen when someone falls in shower and gets hurt.
Room was clean and ok for one night, but probably would not stay here again. Cheaper or equally priced rooms next door and down the street.

Nice clean new mardern rooms great service and staff attn, plus is right in the middle of S.P.I.
