We only stayed one night and I would have left then if it had not been so late when we arrived. The hotel never answers the phone to start with. we were trying to call all day to let them know we would be a late arrival. When we arrived the water was off but they were working on it and got it fixed in about an hour. The carpets were badly stained all over, there were not enough towels for 3 people and one bath towel had something on it that looked like vomit and flaked off. This was folded and on the shelf like that. None of the electrical outlets were in the walls. They were hanging out by the wires on all plugs. Back of bathroom door was filthy. Not enough hot water for even one person to shower - my daughter had just started shower and water went ice cold. Front desk very disinterested. We will go back to SA but will never stay here again.

“Good Place”
We had 3 rooms with 2 queen beds rented through our company. Rooms were nice and clean. The place looked as if it is newly remodeled as everything looked new in the room and in the office. Would luv to stay at this place again.

Even without the construction going on in the lobby, I wouldn't set foot in this place again. The front desk clerk was unprofessional, discourteous, and apathetic, and we had to move rooms after the first day because ours was infested with large beetles - both alive and dead. It was clear someone hadn't cleaned the rooms well for some time, due to the large amounts of dead bugs behind the nightstands and under the beds. Housekeeping was inconsistent and spotty, and there are often "iffy" people hanging out in the parking lot.
