For the past 4 years we have made Aransas Princes our beach trip condo. One of the main reasons we stay is the boardwalk access to the beach. This makes it soo easy for us to take all of our gear (canopies, coolers, etc) down to the beach. It also makes it very easy to go back to the condo to use the bathrooms, bring down more drinks/snacks, or to make lunch to take back down to the beach.

The views from the room are awesome. As with most condo's the decor is a little dated. The rooms and beds are very clean. There is plenty of living space in these condos. The 2 pools and jacuzzi are a nice amenity that we always use during the evening hours. We usually have at least 2 cars with us and parking is never an issue. There is one assigned garage space for your room and a large parking lot as well. It is near a gas station which we have used for little items we may have forgotten or ran out of instead of driving all the way into the grocery store on the island.

We really enjoy this place and will be back next year!

Wow! Never have I paid so much for such little service! No daily cleaning, no clean towels ( you wash them yourself in the washer and dryer in your room - only our machines didn't work). And warning to all with children in diapers-they are not allowed in the pools. We found out about the diaper rule upon arrival - no warning. No swimming diapers allowed, either. We were not informed about the towel situation until arrival, either.

Loved our two bedroom condo! THe facilities were wonderful....staff nice!!! Pools were clean!!! Will go bk soon!!! O and it was wonderful having a parking garage space!! FREE

Overpriced, needs updating, no public barbecue areas, no hot water in one shower, lights out, second bedroom had a night stand, tv stand and bed only. When we checked in the front desk staff was less than helpful. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
