Nothing was wrong with this place, the eye appeal was okay, no bad smells, everything worked, tube TV, plug-in internet. It was just much more like a $65-$70 room, I paid $28 less than the first asking price and still felt overcharged. Sonora Best Western has slightly less eye appeal, better value, lower price. Junction Best Western, lower price, nicer rooms.

Not much choice of hotels in Ozona. If this is your only option we would drive on . Room was tired, old, and bathroom was worse. Bed was not comfortable and we couldn't wait to leave. Overpriced - But they do have a niced staff.

Was very tired from traveling and didn't have a chance to compare hotels in the area. For $100 I would have expected something more comfortable. This was more like a $70 room at best. Bed was hard. Sheets were stiff. A/C unit whined loudly. 3 of the 4 staff members I encountered were very nice though. Did not sleep well at all.

The staff is consistently friendly here. Lupe, Charmy, Tina, Gloria have all gone out of their way to make our stays pleasant. I've stayed here approx 20 times and do not have a single complaint. Good breakfast and the TV is on the Weather Channel instead of partisan political channels. Thanks!
