“Pretty grounds, aging condos”

The grounds are beautiful and the condo unit was right on the golf course. The condo was aging and had some need of repair. The furniture had some stains and tears, the bathroom ceiling was discolored, the faucet leaked and the kitchen appliances are old. The kitchen lacked some of the basics like a pitcher, something to cook food in for the microwave and some basic pots and pans. The floors were not very clean and the unit was missing a vent which had fallen out of the siding, leaving a rather large hole in the building. The location is nice and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood which is a mix of owned homed and condo units that they rent out.

“Golf Experience”

I was staying in South Padre and decided to go and play golf at Rancho Viejo. The cost to play was $65. We were suppose to tee off at 7:00 am. No one showed up at the proshop until 7:05 am. We ended up teeing off around 7:15. We never saw another golfer. Do not waste your money. I am from the Austin area. A golf course of this caliber would normally cost $25-$30.
Wished we would of played at South Padre Country club but they were hosting a tournament.
