Was here to attend my friend's navy retirement ceremony and rented a car-she recommended this hotel.

I've stayed at many different lodgings, but I noticed that the owners make an effort to provide little conveniences.

The lobby is a moderate size with sofas and a fireplace, two computers, mints in a bowl, the USA Today paper, and the breakfast area to the left. The hallway to the right has a variety of ice cream bars for sale, a snacks vending machine, soda vending machine, along with the ice maker.

The gentleman working that night informed me about the nearest & best sports bars/restaurants because Game 7 of the World Series was that night & I didn't want to
miss it-though I had a tv in my room.

The room was standard, king-sized bed, but I did like the sofa (converts to a double bed) and coffee table included, and the graphite countertop by the bathroom. I weirdly loved that they have a Conair mini-hair dryer, instead of the generic one.

The fitness center is a converted room, the equipment is older, and at the time the elliptical didn't work, the treadmill did. They also have a bike which I didn't test. They had a couple of weight machines. The pool was closed for the fall-winter--it was in the 50's deg F and high of 68 deg F.

Overall- I was pleased with my stay for $82/night. A great value.

I have stayed at this Best Western hotel first time to attend Bell Training Academy and everything about this hotel was satisfactory to me. Also personal was friendly. Although Academy is several miles away from the hotel I used hotel van for everyday traveling to the Academy and back.

We have now stayed at this Best Western several times. We have family in the Fort Worth area and, despite there being a wide choice of hotels to choose from (and we've tried some), we now continually return to the Best Western NE Mall. Everything about this hotel is satisfactory to us. It's spotlessly clean, great value for money, very welcoming, quiet - even though there are always other guests staying there, perfectly located for Fort Worth, or Dallas, or the airports.

This time round we decided to go for an Executive suite, rather than a normal King Bed room. The price difference wasn't huge so it was appealing to us. It was superb. The Executive suites are like two normal rooms joined together (you get two doors to enter/exit as well), with the lounge in one area and King bedroom in the other. Overall spacious and comfortable. It was well worth the extra and suited us perfectly because this was a working trip for us.

The hotel has been under the same management (as is our understanding) for five years now and the job they have done with the hotel is outstanding. Even the breakfast is good. Most chains, unless they have an actual restaurant at the hotel, will only provide a continental breakfast, if any at all. But here the guest has a very reasonable choice indeed, both continental or hot items, all inclusive in the room rate paid.

I don't hesitate, in any way, in giving the hotel 5-stars and highly recommending it to others. Rarely does one have complete satisfaction, but we do at this hotel, time after time. We'll be back in Spring, and you can guess where we'll be booking into!

Im a regular guest at the NE Best Western, im from South Africa .
My mom and i travelled to the USA in May and once again stayed at the best westerns.
We really enjoyed our stay and we had the the shuttle collecting us at 7.pm at DFW airport on time.

When ever we need to get to the malls or Walmaart they there to assist there guests and every Saturday they drop you off at Grapevine for the day ...one can pick up huge bargains there?? it's a must to do your shopping there if you staying at the hotel.

The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are so clean with a good smell.

I only have good to say about the hotel and the service and the staff(EXCELLENT)
