This is a typical Comfort Suites/Comfort Inn Hotel. It was clean and roomy. The only problem we had was when we were putting our pillows up against the headboard to watch TV, the headboard fell off the wall! Luckily the bed held it so it didn't fall over and hit us in the head. Check in was fast and easy and the person at the desk was pleasant. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast with plenty of choices.

We were down graded rooms based without a reason or explanation. The staff was rude and very unhelpful.

We went to Nacogdoches for a Stephen F. Austin University showcase day. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They even overheard us talking about where we wanted to go eat supper. The staff asked a couple of questions about what we were interested in eating and then sent us off to a local hibachi grill place. The recommendation was spot on.

The room was clean and comfortable with enough room for all of us to spread out. We had no problems with anything in the room and we plan to stay there again when we go back for an in-depth campus tour. The breakfast bar was well maintained even with a LOT of teenagers there for the showcase day.

The staff was great, check in was good. The room was clean and operational with the exception of the following items. Definitely not a show stopper just feel for the price of a room here it should have been better maintained.

*bathroom fan not operational
*Frig not cleaned out still items left from previous guest
*bathroom door handle loose
I would rate this hotel a 7 on a 1-10 scale.
I would stay here again if needed but may try another location first
