Just back from 1 week stay at Andorra.Arrived late booked in quick and prompt ,nice reception area plenty of info and tv.Room nicely decorated clean and spacious,large double balcony roadside.Comfy beds medium to hard good for my back,plenty of storage and hangers.Kitchen fuctional as is bathroom plenty of towels.

Booked here for location basecamp as we like to go in any direction whether beach or shop,eat out,bus stop over road both sides.Will stay here again.B+B nice choice of breakfasts ate everything.Faultless 7 nights.Didn't use safe or tv, CNN only.

what a disaster,got here and was placed inthe old block,the only room on ththe 5th floor no 501.the first night we had no sleep as u hear the traffic from 2 busy main roads and coaches and lorrys all night going round the roundabout.we complained to reception to be told no rooms are available we will put u on the waiting list to be moved.so after 4 nights of no sleep we had to put r bed in the kitchen to get some sleep and put in earplugs.evry day we askd to move and all they said was no rooms.then after 6 days we went into r room to find our lockable suitcase broke into and all r money and credit and debit cards stolen but the purse and wallet still in the case.no forced entry and nothing else taken.what does that tell u.inside job and some 1 with a key.when i said that to manager i get told its never happend b4.well just read other reviews on here.it took them 2 hours 2 call the police.didnt even offer us a cup of tea or a stiff drink while we were cancelling r cards and on phone to the police.then another family came and reported a camera taken from there room with noforced e ntry.iome of the apts are privately owned and they told us that its happening all the time.people have even had there safes stolen.and a couple had there laptops and phones stolen.do not stay here atall.the reception staff and manager did not give a damm.

I booked this place through easyjet package, but had checked it out on Trip Advisor before choosing it.
While I understand it may suit some people it certainly didn't suit us.
The whole property only has single beds (pushed together but mad up seperately)
After checking in and going to our room and seeing this I returned to reception to ask for a King, Queen or Double - only to be told they didnt have any - that single beds were the normal thing for Tenerife. Really???
The other guests we saw in and around reception were twice our age and it had a retirement village feel to it - not what we were looking for at all.
The rooms were very clean and tidy although a little old fashioned with the decor.
The lady on reception looked at me like I was from Mars when I was disappointed to not be able to get a room with a bed made for 2 people.
So we went to the information center down the road who gave me a few properties to try.
We ended up at Cleopatras which was a beautiful hotel and suprise suprise they had a King bed for us.
I went back to Andorra and checked out - I didn't care about no refund as the new place gave me a great deal.
So inconclusion if you want a "romantic" holiday in Tenerife....look elsewhere.
If you want to see what living in a retirement village will be like, enjoy your stay.

Having stayed in the the Parque La Paz across the road for the last 3 years and overlooking the Andorra we thought we would stay here for a change as it looked so nice and we weren't dissapointed.I have to say though on arrival on was somewhat shocked to find that our room was in the brown building appartments which from the outside look to be nothing to do with the Andorra,having said that it was a very nice 2 bedroom appartment in a nice quiet part with view of the sea(just)these appartments are what used to be the Rose Marie and are now managed by the Andorra.Rooms were basic but very clean and tidy,cooking facilities very again basic with no kettle,toaster or microwave,TV was 3 euro a day but very few uk channels,no BBC,ITV or the like but who wants to watch tv all day whilst in this lovely resort!Staff were very nice and friendy and the food looked good but didn't eat here as we chose to eat out around the various resturants/bars along the coast as the Andorra is situated in an excellent location close to everything really,even the airport is only 18km away(20mins)in a cab 25 euro.Swimming pools were very clean/tidy with a lifeguard on duty all the time and very quiet so was easy to relax with a drink from the poolside bar,free wifi in reception area.So to some up we had an excellent time and will definately use the Andorra again.PS our stay lasted 11 nights in the last week or so Oct 2011,family of 4 with 2 teenagers.
