Have stayed at Los Cardones three times now in 40D. Lovely bungalow, clean and well furnished. Washing machine, safe, iron etc supplied. Excellent location, central to bars and restaurants but so quiet at night. Lovely gardens and pool area, really easy to get sunbeds. Relaxing time in own garden or by pool.

We visited LosCardones in February and found them to be excellent. Really central location, right in the heart of things. As the apartments are up a few steps and are sited back from the street there is absolutely no noise at night. Our apartments was very well equipped, washing machine, microwave, iron etc., We had a one bedroom apartment -really big bedroom with a pull out couch/bed in the living area. TV had only one English programme which was the news i- my daughter was not pleased.!

I would have no hesitationj in recommending these apartments - we found Uncle Sam's Steak House to be the best of the restaurants we tried- nice food and not very expensive.

all the staff were friendly and helpful, maid service was good-room cleaned every day, beds made, clean towels, rubbish removed etc. kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds. the hot water doesn't last long but you can have fun and shower together! The pool is clean and there are sunloungers available for free. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but its quiet in the grounds. If you want extra blankets or pillows just ask at reception and they,ll provide them. the restaurant over the road, el cedro, has good prices, excellent service, excellent food. down the road to the right is a pub called the full monty that has a bloke on every night called Bibi who is great! we went on a boat trip-shop around for prices on this-and saw loads of dolphins and whales! There is a lot of touts around on the front but just ignore them and they go away. keep your wits about you and you'll be fine. weather was great, beach is lovely-walk further down and the beach gets even better. Me and my boyfriend both had a fantastic stay here, there's loads to do and will definately be going again.

The bungalows are in an excellent location, right across from 'The Patch'. I went with my 2 friends, we're in our late 20's, early 30's, the actual bungalows are very nice and have a lot of space, would be ideal for a family.

We stayed there in early feb and the weather wasn't the best which really had an effect on the rooms. We found the rooms damp and we were constantly cold, it was warmer to sit outside than inside, its probably best to stay here in the summer months but I would not recommend these bungalows for the winter months, even with the extra blankets we found in the wardrobe we were still shivering.

We also had a few coachroaches visit us over the few days but that is to be expected in Spain. Also the hot water does not last very long which is very annoying.

What I can definitely recommend is the restaurant beneath these bungalows (bungalows and pool etc are up a set of steps and shops underneath) its called Sugar'n'Spice, lovely food and even nicer service.

The Cardones are very calm & peaceful and the people at reception where very nice, its quite hard to find reception, when you walk up the steps continue straight until you come to the pool and the reception is down a few steps on your left. There is no bar or pool bar. If I was to return to Tenerife I'd pay extra and stay in a hotel.
