We came back just last week from this residencial complex and all i can say that has been a wonderful holiday where almost all was the best. Best central position in las Americas, best quietness day and night time, best independent bungalow accomodation with great sourrendings, best reception and cleaning staff, and most important best value for money. We went with booking.com and i would recommend anyone to go there despite the bad reviews just coz the cockrauches which is something almost normal in a tropical island near Africa like Tenerife is. Definitly Cardones is the best option and would go back soon

Myself and my wife are both in our 70s and stayed here for 2 weeks in Apartment Number 52C. We booked through Ace Travel. The only channel we could get on the TV was Eurosport, no other stations available. The fridge was not working properly , the lights were not working, we complained straight away only to have to wait 3 days for replacements. By spanish standard the lighting was very poor. The whole apartment needs refurbishing, very old and dirty. The apartment overlooks a decrepid tennis court and swimming pool. It was noisy at night from martial arts centre underneath apartment. Could go on ....

Have stayed at Los Cardones three times now in 40D. Lovely bungalow, clean and well furnished. Washing machine, safe, iron etc supplied. Excellent location, central to bars and restaurants but so quiet at night. Lovely gardens and pool area, really easy to get sunbeds. Relaxing time in own garden or by pool.

We visited LosCardones in February and found them to be excellent. Really central location, right in the heart of things. As the apartments are up a few steps and are sited back from the street there is absolutely no noise at night. Our apartments was very well equipped, washing machine, microwave, iron etc., We had a one bedroom apartment -really big bedroom with a pull out couch/bed in the living area. TV had only one English programme which was the news i- my daughter was not pleased.!

I would have no hesitationj in recommending these apartments - we found Uncle Sam's Steak House to be the best of the restaurants we tried- nice food and not very expensive.
