very good clean and tidy staff very helpful cleaners every day 5 minutes walk to all bars and resturants next door to hotel is a cafe first class full english breafast 3euros and pint of beer 1euro the girl kelly who runs it with husband very friendly will be back at udalla park next year

I booked this for myself and my sixteen year old son i chose this hotel as it stated it had a heated pool and satelite tv it was a let down the handle came off the bathroom door twice they kept saying the pool was to be fixed and actually said it was now heated on the third day which it was not they said there was a part needed for the satelite tv to work but would not come till next week CONVENIENT i did not enjoy the stay i have paid less for hotels in tenerife and got a lot better service

the most horrible experience in my lifetime,apartments are basic but clean,but the family living next door were a nightmare asked to get moved twice but to no avail receptionists were no help what so ever,had to pay 300pounds to move to another hotel for 2 nights,think before you book please

We have just returned from a week in Udalla park hotel and enjoyed it very much...Hotel was clean and reception staff very friendly although the self catering requirements could be better as only 2 hot plates available and no toaster or kettle....The pool area was lovely and is a sun trap plus beds are free and have cushions on them...Hotel very central surrounded by lots of good restaurants and the main Pub area is just a five minute walk away, the Hole in the wall(Irish pub) had great entertainment.....The beach is about a five minute walk from hotel and on a slight incline but nothing serious ....We were self catering and never tried the food in the hotel as we ate out in the many local restaurants ... I would go back to this hotel.
