My hubby and me have just returned from 1 week hol in these apartments all inclusive.Check in was very quick. Cant praise the staff and thomas cook rep "NIKKI" enough. On arrival had problem with patio doors not locking properly, were repaired within minutes of reporting it to Nikki.All staff very friendly and helpful at altimes.Food excellent with plenty of choice. Dining room staff very hard working never stop, tables cleared promptly and tableclothes changed after every meal.Rooms clean and comfortable. however towels need replacing. Good location for all amenities. Only downside is the all inclusive bar area has poor choice for spirits. Also no smoking signs were displayed but ignored. Entertainment was good.The day we left reception sitting area was being renewed, perhaps towels next. Will definately return .

My hubby and me have just returned from 2 weeks hol at these apartments. It was our first time staying there, although not first time in Tenerife. This was the best stay yet! We were self catering so cannot comment on food, although we did have lunch by the pool which was excellent and breakfast on the last day which was very good. We had a ground floor room overlooking pool and it was like home from home, even had the little hotel cat visit us every day! The apartment was spacious and very clean with maid service 5 times a week. We found the staff pleasant without being 'in your face', which makes for a relaxing time. And you couldn't have a better location, with the little strip of bars nearby, our favourite being the Hole in the Wall Irish bar, had me at 65 dancing til nearly 2am! Also very close to the wonderful Safari Centre with its great choice of restaurants and Harrys Cocktail Bar to start off the evening with a marguerita while watching the dancing music fountain. Also all the designer shops are nearby (window shopping only for me), but there are shops nearby to suit every price range. Overall I would recommend the Parque de Paz every time.

Hi, we have been to this hotel 22 times with various entertainers including Van Elliot twice. No idea why people feel the need to complain. The food is excellent, the location is excellent, the rooms are fine, staff are brilliant from reception to bar and entertainment. One does not need the hotel entertainer to make a holiday you can do this yourself with all the other lovely holiday makers. Only niggly little thing could agree on is the towels they could be better. Will be back again in May. Our family i.e. parents, kids, grand kid (and friend) and niece all have very fond memories of their holiday(s) at Parque la Paz over the years. Roll on May.

We stay here often which tells you we like it lots. The all inclusive tariff is new and covers the usual extras, but half board is more than adequate with an excellent breakfast and a something for everyone dinner. Pool area has been much improved, with lots of new sun beds. Unfortunately all the old broken white plastic sunbeds have been dumped on the popular sun terraces and some of these are positively dangerous. The balconies have been much improved with new railings and the kitchens refurbished - at last. Flat screen TV's at 21 euros a week are now available. To be absolutely honest we cant wait for the replacement of the infamous green towels,the updating of the beds which have a mattress on wooden lats which squeak when you turn over and if the day ever comes that they do something about the very sparse supply of hot water to the bath/showers we will be delighted. (Hoping the hotel Management read this)

So, why do we like it so much?. Its prime position in the middle of Arona puts the beaches, shops, bars (bookies) all on hand. It's unpretentious, relaxed, clean, friendly staff, excellent room and dining room services and definately value for a 3 star aparthotel. We will certainly go there again soon.

PS If you havent booked a hotel transfer dont be afraid to catch the public bus service which is situated at Stand 30 outside the airport entrance - every half hour - 3.80 euros for 2 to Las Americas via Los Cristianos . Get off at the OPTIMIST 100 yards away from Parque La Paz.
