Firstly I would like to thank you for choosing our complex to spend your short break, and the time you dedicated on making your comments orientated on trying to improve the service for our clients.

It is a shame that you did not comunicate your dissapointment with the room during your stay, because we would have done something about it, but we can assure you that we do not understand how water ran into the bedroom when the shower has curtains. Some of our rooms, as in this case, are totally adapted for handicapped people, but not because of this are they totally different from the rest of the rooms, the only thing that changes is the rooms accesability, door frame wideness and some elements in the bathroom. In general, the room is practically the same as others, and lots of clients prefer this roomtype because the bathroom is bigger, especially disabled guests who occupy these rooms all year round and are very content.

Regarding cleaning, I will apologize if in any moment you could observe any elements on the floor, in the exterior area, because as this is a totally open complex with bungalows, garden areas, etc, it is like a park ,and on occasions there can be some elements such as cigarette ends that clients have thrown on the floor instead of in the litter bins. I can assure you that our cleaning staff endeavour every day to keep the complex in perfect state and daily, the head chambermaid and myself supervise their work to keep it this way.
On the other hand, we have a company that specializes in plague control, and they guarantee control of the insects on the complex, but as you should know, in other parts of the world there are also mosquitoes that are very hard to erradicate completely, which is why it is very probable that you had seen a dead insect or two in the exterior areas before daily cleaning had started.

I am happy to talk about the TV´s, especially to inform you that we will make an inversion on substituting the actual televisions with new ones and increasing the number of TV channels for different nacionalities, so there will be more channels than the two existing english channels.

I would like to remind you that mail service is produced in two countries ( in this case collection,Spain and delivery ,England), so we cannot guarantee how long post cards will take to reach their destination. In any case, we inform you that the hotels postal service is Spain´s official post service and they collect mail twice a week, we have never received a complaint until now.
I would also like you to clarify your holiday dates, as on your comment in Trip Advisor it says February, and you comment that you stayed in the hotel in September last year.

We are very sorry that your experience was not as positive as the majority of our guests, and permit me to recommend that if in the future you are not happy with anything during your holidays, please communicate it to reception so they can try to make your holidays as pleasnt as possible.

Lastly, just to say that there are various important complexes with a prestigious reputation in the centric and important touristic area in the south of Tenerife known as Playa de Las Américas. Within this group, and thanks to our clients comments, at this moment, Parque Cristobal is one of the 8th best hotels of 64 reviewed on this web page.
