Loved these wee homes.. just like a small apartment, we requested one near the pool and got exactly what we wanted, just a pity the weather was cloudy most of holiday though.. :(
central location and nice bar beside pool.
A bit expensive for the all inclusive option so we went self catering.
Still, would go back, very comfortable, maybe could do with more English speaking channels as we could only find one or two from what i remember as it was back first week in June 2011.
Overall great... would book again.. :)

great location the lady reception was lovely very safe complex we where the only couple there with out children it was march so it was quite but very nice place pool a lil on the cold side got a call from reception on the second day making sure every thing was up to scratch we informed her the fridge was not working properly and the maintenance man was nearly at the door before she hung up have to say would recommend it the only thing was there was not one english or irish person in sight but sure the familys that were there was friendly after they realised we didnt wanna rob there children lol lol because we were the only young couple there so stud out like a sore tump

Just got back from spending Christmas week at Parque Christobal and what a wonderful week it was. My partner and I are in our 40s and must have been the only couple there without kids,but it was not a problem. The bungalows are very spacious and clean. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. The management made Christmas very special,with champagne and canapés served by the pool Chistmas morning. Also a champagne and canapé reception outside before dinner and a lovely lady playing a violin. They then presented all the ladies with a red Rose before being shown to their candle lit tables for the gala dinner. What a lovely touch! The food was always fresh and tasty with a masive choice daily. I loved taking the tray from my room in the morning down to the breakfast buffet in the morning and getting coffee/ juice ect and eating outside my bungalow. The beds are a little hard and could do with 2 pillows which is my only complaint. There are 2 big pools and 2 baby pools and a football pitch,pool tables,air hockey,library,computers, ps3 and various activites throughout the day for adults and children. This hotel is centrally located opposite 'the patch' an area of restaurants ,bars and shops. Turn right out of the hotel and walk ten mins for Veronicas strip and turn right walk to the end of the road ten min and you are at the plusher end with safari shopping center,and more great bars and restaurants. The best beach is also this end,walk through parque sandiago 3 and turn right,lovey sandy beach. Not like the black sandy,rocky one opposite the hotel. Taxi rank outside hotel, 21E to airport. 15 mins.

We spent 11 nights here in August on our family holiday - 2 adults, a 17 year old and a 12 year old. We have been to las Americas many times and really like it, it is the first time that we have stayed here. There was a mixed nationality of german, dutch and english and lots of children which is to be expected in August!! The complex is excellently located and the nearby amenities and beaches fabulous.
We had a 2 bedroomed bungalow and it was really lovely. Spacious, clean, well equipped with a little terrace. The complex was really clean, well laid out and a really nice place to be. All of the staff were lovely. We had booked self catering but did upgrade to A.I for part of our stay. This was really good. We wouldn't want to do a whole holiday A.I as we like to go to the beach, take trips and eat out - but equally, we enjoy a few pool days so it was great to have the flexibility. It was 100 euros per day to upgrade (minimum 3 days) which we thought was excellent value for 4 of us to have food, drinks, snacks and ice cream unlimited all day!! The food was great and we had no complaints what so ever. There are different dining themes daily and even a big poolside BBQ!
There was entertainment - mostly aimed at kids and a great little pool party each day. Entertainment was multi lingual and to be honest we weren't around for the mini disco in the evening as our children are a little to old for that these days!!
The pools are lovely and we enjoyed our pool days and time in the resort very much. But, and this is my only complaint - the sun bed situation. We had to be up and reserving our sun beds by at least 6.30am every morning that we wanted to have a day by the pool. Most days we were there by six and not once were we the first!! Come 7am most beds are reserved with only the odd one between groups and by 8am you don't stand a chance. There aren't any grassy area's or additional pool side space for towels, so if you miss the sun bed rush you've had it. This did spoil it for us as the pools and resort where so lovely but, frankly we didn't want to have to do that!! The pools were busy every day and it was peak season but ..... I wouldn't go back here in peak season purely because I don't care where around the pool I sit, but I don't want to have to be up at the crack of dawn just to ensure that there is a space for us!!
Other than that, I would highly, highly recommend this resort to any family. We really did have a wonderful holiday!!
