We stayed for 6 nights and were placed in a room with a great view of a.......WALL!!!! We complained and were told to pay €120 too upgrade too a room with some sunlight with a pool view after much dispute we agreed too change room and were given a free spa day as a good gesture. It was amazing but we still feel we shouldn't have paid extra to be put 2 Floors directly up! The staff were great the and mienke was easy on the eyes. The food was not good atall in fact if you are going to this hotel just stay for the rooms as the food was bland and tasteless and looked as if it had been on the baymaries for ever it really put us off the whole hotel at 1 point we left mountains of food on our plates for the lack of taste!!! We also made a little noise in our room and received several complaints in the morning staff asked us too p quiet but how can speaking be deemed too much noise???!!!! Any way great hotel bad food good staff except 1 lady who wouldn't allow us desert from the dinner room as we were 5 mins late while there was plenty of food still available needless too say she went mental and tried blocking our path but she later realised she couldn't keep the fluffmeister away from his grub hahaha. Boom!!!

Rooms we were given we're totally below satisfactory thay were not the same as we seen on the website as soon as we went to the balcony it was facing a brick wall without any view ! So we complained . Javier the manager eventually sorted out another room after pleading and we had to pay extra !! O ya foods rubbish !

This hotel has many things going for it. The room we had 373 didn't have a pool view but had been recently refurbished and had everything you could have wanted (If you want a pool view you have to pay extra apparently which we wern't informed off by the travel agent). When we asked if we could arrange that we were told the hotel was full but we could upgrade to a suite for 270.00 euro's for 6 days( as it was my birthday they offered us a night free!!) which I thought was a bit cheeky, needless to say we stayed in 373! The breakfast was the best we have found and we have stayed at many all incl. & half board hotels around the world. They catered for every nationality and even had english sausages!! I think the only thing they hadn't got were kippers! otherwise you name it and it was available. The evening meal wasn't the best we have had I have to say the variety was limited but the quality was good and the service was excellent. We had lunch a couple of times near the pool and it was excellent. We didn't sample the evening entertainment or the bar in the hotel as there are so many excellent bars in the area that we went out for our entertainment. We spent our days lazing on the roof of the hotel which has a small pool and is very quiet and secluded. The only thing missing was umberellas which would be missed at the height of summer. A recent reviewer has said that the roof area has now been given over entirely to nudists but that wasn't the case, only a small portion of the roof was reserved for them, perhaps this is a seasonal thing? The location is also excellent less than a five minute walk to the beach and the patch area and a 5/10 minute walk to the strip. All in all we would have no hesitation recommending this hotel and are hoping to go again the same time next year. Though we have said we will probably just do bed n breakfast.

just got back from 1weeks stay here again,was here last sept and we felt the food was alot better then,this time we found food tasteless whatever you eat,pork,beef,veal,lamb,all tasted the same,tasteless.we eat out 4 out of 7 nights we was there.The presentation of the food was excellent thou.The hotel is still very pleasing and our stay was good.We found the maid was very noisy moving beds around and tables and chairs dragging um on the floors so if you wanted a lie in,you couldnt.Most staff we great,but my special thanks to christina on reception shes a special one,shes my favorite.we had standard room this time,it was ok but the upgraded rooms with pool view are the best.overall would return but food????
