Just returned from the bonanza on a 10 day new year break. Hotel staff very friendly nothing was too much trouble and any requirements sorted out within the day. Studios were very well cleaned daily including new years day and although basic were comfortable and catered for your needs, sheets and towels were changed daily, Our studio was a high floor seaview and the views were great of the las Americas area . Our booking was half board basis and as we arrived late in the evening a fresh ham and cheese salad, fruit and bread including water were left in our fridge for arrival which was a nice touch after a long journey.
Breakfast food was very good with lots of choices including English sausage and bacon, if your self catering this can be purchased for 5 Euros well worth the money. Evening meal was standard with some rice and Pasta dishes included but would have been better if there was more meat included so therefore I would recommend bed and breakfast basis on future visits.
All in all this is a well run basic 3 star hotel in a nice clean area and our stay was most enjoyable and would have no reserversions as to staying there again.

extremely basis accommodation if you like to stay in a hostal this is the place for you !!!!!
the staff were friendly the food was extremely poor I recommend you check out the local restaurants in the local area not suitable for people iwith walking difficulties.
To add insult to further injury there was a discrepancy between our travel rep and the bus driver regarding our pick up point which was either outside the hotel or on the main road which was about another half a mile or so uphill!!! We went on a half board option and the room we were given was self catering option with full kitchen facilities not at all what we were expecting. Bill our Thomas Cook Rep was very helpful and excellent communication skills.

Perfectly fine three star hotel, fantastic location for long walks along the board walk or bus trips from the Costa Adeja station. Friendly receptionists who resolved the one issue I had (two broken lights when entering the room for the first time!!) very quickly. A couple of nice German bars nearby if you fancy some decent weissbeer or dark beer as well. Breakfast was great value at €5.

Stayed for a week with my mum as a 60th birthday treat and having stayed in Tenerife many times in 4/5 star I was worried but had no need as on arrival as it was almost end of dinner service the receptionist had ordered a selection of food to be sent to our room, what a great start. Opened the door of our room and both of us let out a sigh of relief - the rooms were very well cleaned, I take dettol wipes on every holiday and had no need to use them. Fresh towels every day, very cheerful maids and if you wanted a lie in then you just need to use the do not disturb sign, I did this and then found later they had come in the afternoon when we were out to clean and replenish. Didn't see any cockroaches but we were high up but honestly its a hot country and not the hotel's fault if there are cockroaches! Excellent location as everyone says. We were half board and even being a fussy eater I found something to eat each time. Pool area very clean and plenty loungers. We both agreed we would stay there again - very clean, friendly hotel - don't judge it on others experiences judge it on your own.
