This is a nice 3 star hotel, we had a nice big room, cleaned every day, food good and varied, sometimes a wait but the staff worked very hard and we found it no problem, better to be shown your table rather than just wander trying to find a table. Found the free wi-fi very good, first time we have ever had it for free but noticed most bars and cafes also had it free, sign of the times? The hotel is up a hill which can be tiring at times but my biggest problem was with the sun beds, there were people waiting from 8.30am for the beds to be unlocked at 9am, these were without fail elderly and British , they all holiday in groups every year at about the same time and it is quite ammusing to see them racing around to get their beds so they can lie all day every day in exactly the same spot, there is nothing managment can do as they keep the beds locked until 9am. We would not stay at this hotel again as it is a hotel for mostly older people and we have no wish to join the great sun bed stampede.

We have just returned from the hotel, we spent 7 lovely days in tenerife. Weather was about 25 so cannot complain. Our room overlooked the pool and we had a large balcony on the corner. Views were limited as to surrounding buildings but the pool area and palm trees made up for this. The room was large as was the bathroom, very clean and spacious. The beds were two twins together and I must admit not very comfy and they did squeek when you moved in the night - not that this matters. I feel the walls are a little thin as well - we could hear noise in the morning when having a sleep in. The maids are brilliant and even waited until later to tidy our beds after a sleep in. All staff were helpful and spoke good English. Reception were fab and came straight to our room when we had a problem with the safe.

The restaurant was always busy but no queues, we always got a table. All food is tasty fresh and plentiful. We were half board and we ate there every evening, yum. May get repetitive if there for longer than 7 days ?

The entertainment is good and on day and night, animation is of a good standard and we enjoyed whilst sampling the sangria.

Overall fab hotel and staff, beds not brilliant. The beach and bars are about 10 minutes walk away, no hills and nice pleasant walk. We never once got hassled by the ladies of the night, they are there but on opposite side of the road. Be sensible don't approach them and they'll not bother you. I'd return to the hotel in a flash. Thanks for an enjoyable visit.

Just returned from 11 nights here. First the positives, very friendly, curteous staff. The food is excellent, we were half board. Room was at the front, views of the mountains and golf course, really lovely. Clean and comfy beds, fresh towels every day.
Now the negatives, Too far from everywhere, 25 minute walk to the beach at las vistas. Too scary to walk at night because of the prostitututes outside. The hotel should really do something about this! Don't come away on holiday to stay in a red light district.

First room allocated was not up to even one star, cant believe that they expected anyone to stay there, when we challenged this we were offered a exchange but two days later as the hotel was full ! taking to people this was a ploy that is used on a regular basis, so if you go head for above floor 4 and get a pool view if poss.
The morning farce in the race for sunbeds was a joke ! ( this is nothing to do with the hotel but had to mention it as I am ranting ) the people doing this all being aged between 65 to 80 and all were Brits, I was ashamed, if any of you are reading this you know who you are and you are all pathetic.
The hotel is to far out, it is inbetween two brothels, the front road is the area pick up point for prostitutes.( the hotel is in the red light area of south tenerife )
if you mention the hotel to any locals they all seem to know this so why this has never appeared on trip advisor I dont know. My wife actually had this mentioned to her on the plane out by a elderly couple, they also recomended the Chinese next door as well.

All that aside the food wasnt to bad and the staff were pleasent, Will I return mmmm let me think about that ! Not a chance.
