Just got back from a week(yesterday, 2nd Feb)can,t see what all the ravings about, we had room 2238, in the shade ALL day( dont know why they have sunbeds on the patio)we had a view over the side road above the construction area, noisey in the daytime, otherwise, new towels and cleaning everyday, we had a couple of roaches one night one the size of a shoe and his smaller brother, again, without a view the place is just average.

My husband and I, his parents and our 14 month old visited in October. After much research on the Internet this seemed the best on offer for the money, given location & due to my husbands requirements of wifi & gym!
We arrived and had two studios facing the pool but at the front on main road. After reading reviews before we went we knew we could get these rooms. We tried upgrading before arrival to a2 bed apartment but they were all taken.
However when we got there and saw the ok rooms but small balcony I asked to be moved. We were told if we came back tomorrow we could view a 2 bed and take it if we liked it. We did it was a massive improvement with a huge balcony which got the sun all day!
The apartments are in a great position and lots of amenities. Food & drinks are more expensive on the road in front of hotel & quite a bit cheaper in Los christianos. We have a great holiday & can recommend in particular the Chinese up the road on the left. You can eat Indian and other food in the same place. We ate there twice & it was excellent both times. Little Italy between the apartments and Los christianos on along the prom needs a mention. Then staff were brilliant with our son. If you have children this place is great but book a 2 bed. You won't be disappointed.

loved the entire two weeks

Stayed here for a week at the end of October 2011. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained by all staff. Rooms cleaned everyday. Pool area also cleaned everyday. Only criticism is that everyone is up early to leave their towels on the sun beds. And NO it wasn't the Germans but alas us Brits were the main culprits. The pool was cold. Location perfect for shops and nightlife. Definitely recommend this hotel. Well and truly spoilt couldn't imagine staying anywhere else next time!!
