These bungalows are good as starting point to discover Gran Canaria. We used it just for sleeping then out and explore. If your holidays plan includes hotel for just to sleep somewhere decent and affordable this is the one. Great position, 5 minutes from famous sandy Maspalomas dunes, big shopping centre around the corner, lots of cheap renting car companies on Plaza de Agaete.
If you are looking for luxury go somewhere else as you are not going to find it here.
Some useful info:
Put coordinates N27 44.930 W15 34.498 into garmin or google maps and you will get exact location of complex entrance.

The Tajaraste is great value for money. The bungalows and interiors are quite old, but spotlessly clean.
The complex wasn't full when we were there so we pretty much had the pool to ourselves, which is surprisingly big, but not heated so it was a bit chilly when you first get in, once the numbness hits, it's fine!!
Very close to the Cita Centre, approx. 5 min slow walk away, full of mainly German and Dutch bars, excellent beer!
Excellent location, the staff are friendly and the bungalows perfectly adequate for self catering.
Would we go again? Yes!
