Positive:
Nice balcony but there were no dividers hence everyone on that side shared the same balcony-but ideal if you are a smoker and also a good way to meet new friends.
Very clean.
Mini Bar inside the room-good for a quick snack.
Room was very spacious.
Close to lots of souvenir shops.
Close to the mountain so easy to hike, biking, snowboarding or skiing.
Restaurant is inside of the hotel, seems very organized and clean although I did not eat there.
Café shops are very close by.
Adequate parking and free.
Workers spoke enough English for you to get by.
Safe in room so that you can put away you’re documents-this is free of charge.
Room is carpeted and very clean.
Once inside your room you do not hear anything outside…very quiet .
Table and chair in the room in case you need to do dinner or write.
Overall the hotel is comfortable although it did not have the bells and whistles.

Negative:
Bath Tub is a bit too high-not good for an older person.
Bed was a bit hard.
Satellite TV, but in Deutsch and no DVD.
Bring own coffee maker if you are a coffee drinker or else you have to get in the restaurant down stairs.
Room was too cold; the heater is not powerful enough
