Reserved a wheelchair accessible room well in advance but when we arrived, the room they were holding was not an accessible room. Their story was that whoever had taken the reservation did not put down that it needed to be accessible. I made the reservation and was very clear about it. They had nothing else available. This seems to be a problem with motel 6 as it happened to my brother at this same motel and to me at 2 other Motel 6s. If you are in a wheelchair and can actually get the right room, they really are very nice. Good luck trying to reserve it, you're better off just showing up and seeing if it's available.

I flew in to Killeen late on a Thursday Night drove to the motel and the guy at the counter was very friendly and gave me a great rate ..the room was clean , a little dated but then again it was a place to crash..I even booked another night ..pretty good value and clean and the staff friendly..Id say go for it!

My husband and I deceided to stay here since the property was only 5 years old and thought what could be wrong. Well, every thing was wrong. Let's start with the bathroom, the prior users had missed the toilet, moving to the room, the walls were covered in left overs, from what I do not know, under the bed was evidence of a six pack. The walls were so thin we could hear conversations in the room next door and in the hallway. The maids started cleaning at 7:00 AM. The hallway is stained with wine. We caught people leaving the backdoor open...and throwing away empty twelve packs. We were to stay four days, but checked out the next morning. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

I had my doubts in staying in a Motel 6 anywhere. I stayed at Motel 6 in Killeen from March 20-25, 2005. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very clean. When we first walked in they had decorations welcoming our Troops home and that was the reason for my stay, to welcome my boyfriend back home.
There is also a grocery store located directly behind the hotel along with many restaurants. In my opinion it was a great place to stay and I will definately stay again upon my next vist. Once again I would like to Thank the friendly staff in making my trip enjoyable.
