“WOW, Ramada should be ashamed”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 July 2009

We stayed here for a family reunion under the guidence of my husbands grandfather. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The room, food, and staff were horrible. When we checked in we were quoted one price and charged another upon check out. I was told they have the right to change the price at anytime. We did get all of our money back from Ramada , but I feel that this hotel needs to be torn down due to very old and non working toilets, sinks etc. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!

“It's seen better days”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 April 2009

This was probably a top notch hotel once, but I found the rooms in need of a thorough cleaning. The rug turned the soles of my white socks brown, and you could tell the furniture hadn't been wiped down in some time. The room was spacious, but my "non-smoking" room smelled like old smoke. There were several other problems with the room, including a leaking faucet in the shower and the water temperature going from scalding to freezing and back while you were showering; the deadbolt didn't work.
Pluses: breakfast and coffee were included, as was a free morning paper. Quiet room.

“Softball Mom”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 April 2009

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We stay in hotels every other weekend and I have never stayed anywhere that was this bad. We had no hot water, the door to our room would not lock. The rooms are old and not kept up well. The manager is never around to help. We were told there would not be any hot water because too many people were using it. Its a hotel there should be people using the Hot Water. The pool was not open. Overall a horrible experience I would encourage you to stay at the Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn right up the street.

“Horrible Management”

Horrible experience. We stayed only one night! The staff was helpful but the General Manager had anger management problems. The bathroom was dirty and had bugs flying around. The staff did not put the right name and credit card on the right account. Coffee pot was dirty and there wasn't any soap. The toilet ran all night. Half the time it wouldn't even work. The front desk did come to the room to clean out the dirty bathtub and left some keys and later a young man walked into our room without asking to retrieve the keys. Shocking. We called to get the management and were told she was out of town. After our stay we asked to be contacted by the General Manager and she would not call us back. We finally got her on the phone and she was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She ended our conversation by hanging up on us. No resolve to the issues. We have since filed a formal complaint with Ramada Inn to have this situation looked into. This hotel doesn't have to be this bad if it had some proper management and training.
