I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Kilgore on July 28th. It was so nice and the people so friendly. I loved the out door pool, and the hot breakfast they provid is very good. The house keepers are sweet and they are helpful. I enjoyed my stay and the front desk was awsome in helping me with any problam. The rooms are newly redone and new carpet in the rooms. It was a nice stay all the way around.

We stayed here for a week and it was horrible!!! It is NOT like any other Ramada's out there! Not even close!!! It was old, run down, dirty, bugs in the rooms, dirty rooms, dirty meeting room, dirty breakfast room, no plates in the breakfast rooms, no remote in the rooms for the TV, windows that did not open and did not lock, [----] staff, and worst of all, NO INTERNET. We stayed there specifically because for our job, we needed internet. Their wireless did not work the entire week. We had to go outside and pick up a neighboring hotel's wirelss signal. This was a hotel specifically catering to construction crews of men who passed through. They stayed up late drinking. So if you are one of those, this place is for you.
