I was here on business and this is the hotel that my customer set me up in. They said it was the nicest hotel in the area and I believe they're correct. The main lobby is set up to help you with anything that you need... soda, snacks, beer, coffee, etc. The breakfast buffet is okay (fruit, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc.) and you can order something off of a touch screen for a few dollars. The staff is very friendly and everything runs very efficiently here. The rooms are very nice and are laid out in a way I hadn't seen before. There is a sectional sofa, a small "kitchen" area that consists of a table/desk, a counter with a sink, a small fridge, coffee maker, etc. There was a 42" plasma screen in my room which can be turned toward the sectional sofa or in the other direction towards the bed. There is a small divider type of thing that divides the room and there was a king-sized bed that was very comfortable. There was also a bathroom area that consisted of a small dresser, sink & counter area with hair dryer and then the bathroom with shower. Everything was very clean and again, the staff was great. I wanted to get ice one night so I grabbed my ice bucket and went out into the hall... no ice machine. So I went downstairs into the lobby and asked about it and they said that ice machines were on the 3rd and 5th floors but then he said, "Here, I'll just go get you some from the kitchen... be right back". Very attentive staff. If you have a reason to be in this area, this is a great hotel.
