Stayed a night at the HIE in Hereford,Texas. What a great hotel, much nicer than expected in such a small town. Wonderful, clean room. They had a happy hour/reception set up for guest!!! There is a very good steakhouse in front of the hotel which kept me from having to get back in the car and the steak was very good. Will deffinately stay here again.

Very pleasant experience. Had never seen this one before: HIE guests are temporary members at the Hereford Country Club (order the ribeye). Would also recommend swimming at HCC instead... Diving boards, water slides, kid pool. The chlorine in the hotel pool was at an intense level.

Nice hotel. It was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Fitness room clean, but some equipment was broken, no big deal. Pool and whirlpool were clean and set at correct temperatures. Nice place in Hereford if you need to come here or want to.

We were passing through and stayed just one night. I was surprised to find they have smoking rooms that were actually cleaned so you couldn't tell they were smoking rooms.
The beds were wonderful and had pillows with "fim" "soft" on the cases.
The room had a microwave and refrigerator with cabinet storage.
The continental breakfast has hot food and the dining area is spacious with a view of the pool.
Wish we had more time to spend at this facility.
FYI the county is "dry", so in order to have a drink you have to pay $5 membership at the lounge near this facility.
