great place to stay older property ,but I have to say very well
kept up from the inside, they also offer a variety of breakfast items
including sausage biscuits. I will recommed this hotel to everyone traveling to Henderson.

I am in Henderson on business and have been staying at the Woodlawn Hills Motel every week since December 2004.

The owners are great people and the night desk staff are the best. House keeping is accomidating and friendly. The rooms are clean. Wirless Internet access is high speed and has few problems.

I would recommend this motel to anyone passing through or working in Henderson, Tx.

I rented a room by the week...perhaps the nightly rooms are better
..?? However you dont have much choice in this town. I suppose its the best place for the price. I was expecting the rooms to be better than they are..the bed I have is OLD..worn out..the toilet isnt working right...the phone is old and you cant hear for the static..
the lamps dont work unless you have the "room" light on...tv is old...the room is just NOT what I was expecting from previous reviews! I will say that the staff is friendly, the rooms ARE clean and the grounds are pretty.

The Woodlawn is the best value in Henderson. I travel to the area often for business and always stay there. The exterior of the hotel looks kind of dated, but the interior of the rooms are almost completely updated. All new furniture and carpet. They even replaced the mattresses during my stay.

Very comfortable rooms and a friendly staff.
