we stayed at the hotel for new years eve and there was no hot water and their were roaches and ants in the rooms. the manager is a coward and would not come talk to us in person or over the phone about our issues. he would put the ladies at the front desk to handle his dirty work...this make choice hotels look bad and have a bad name because of situations like this...never will i stay or recommend this hotel....

the hotel staff were all drunk except the one girl that they were working to death, and to top it off she was only supposed to be training. we were lied to, and if we came for a beer, then they would be happy, but paying hotels customers get treated badly....we had no toilet paper and were told to wait...we only stayed here for one night, and there was no toilet paper....we were never even given any...the "manager" walked into the bar and said we would have to wait.......later on, saw the "manager" chasing a men in cars......Also took till midnight to get clean sheets out of them.

We were in town for one night and looking for a fairly cheap place to stay. We settled on this one knowing not to expect the Ritz, or even a Holiday Inn. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room appeared decent upon first glance, air conditioning worked very well, updated (but very small) sink area. It did have a slight smell of BO, but no musty cigarette smell like the hallway. Then I noticed a
dead bug on the window sill. Eh, I
can deal with that. Later, as I was coaxing my toddler to sleep, a spider crawled across the bed. In the process of chasing it to the floor and killing it, I found 2 more dead bugs. This is a bit much! The clerk put us in one of the more "quiet" rooms, but the bass coming from the bar was still very audible. Thank goodness we were only staying one night. I will never stay here again!

I came to town for training. The front desk clerk was polite upon check in but when I called later in the evening because there were no towels in my room, I was told I would have to come to the front desk if I wanted them. when I complained to management the next morning, they were polite to my face but I heard them as they came around the corner that I was a lazy & annoying...there were a few other choice words. I will not be staying here again. I told my company that made the reservations & we will not be sending any other employees to this hotel. I understand the front desk clerk cannot leave post but there is no reason to be rude and management should be setting an example for their employees instead of belittling their guests. Very unprofessional & tacky. The room was disgusting as well & the coffee was cold at the coffee bar at 7am.
