Everything we had hoped for. Beautiful rooms, huge beds and wonderful linens. Hosts were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about their area. It is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in - and we have travelled extensively through 34 USA States. Our room, Clarissa, was outstanding - beautifully furnished with large bathroom and walk-in closet. The gardens are delightful, they have several themes, lovely gazebo and fab wrap-around porch, ideal to sit on the rocking chairs with a glass of chilled wine after a lovely day exploring the region. Strongly recommended - stay here - you will not be disappointed.

this was the first time i had ever been to a B&B and i wanted to treat my lady to a romantic weekend i reserved a room with american heritage.to my surprise ron called me and asked if i would accept an upgrade at no extra cost to me because he needed the room i had reserved i said sure and explained to him what i was trying to do and my inexperance with going to a B&B and he helped me plan a special weekend with my lady.it turned out better than i expected.she had her favorite flowers in the room,a romantic diner on the patio of a 1st class resturant that the meal was prepaid so all we did was walk in and get setted in front of a water fall surounded by flowers and trees,and afterwards went to a theater to see an excelant play,in the morning we were fed a first class breakfast prepared by karen who is a 1st class cook.i guess the best i can say is thanks ron & karen for helping me show my lady how much i love her ya'll are great.

My wife and I just concluded a three day stay at the American Heritage House Bed & Breakfast in Granbury, TX. It is a rather large B&B with seven bedrooms in the main house and also several cottages available. Inn keepers Ron and Karen were most hospitable and proved to be caring and attentive hosts. The breakfast meals prepared by Karen were superb - Ron described each in a way that made us feel that we were on one of the Chef reality TV shows. The facility is less than one mile from the Granbury town square which made browsing and shopping easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. Felt like home, but was luxurious. The gourmet breakfast was to die for. I ate food that I thought I didn't like. Absolutely delicious. The owners were delightful.
