We have stayed at several b&b in Fredericksburg. This was almost like a B&B. It is excellent for the price. Very reasonable. We stayed here in a suite with our 3 children and it had a full kitchen and a fireplace/heater. Very charming and very clean. We are fixing to stay here again as a couple in a king room and looking forward to it. Great muffins in the office for breakfast on the go. They kept my kids full for awhile.

We stayed here Dec. 27 to 29. It is an older motor court. Maybe younger people won't appreciate the place as seniors might. We got a good rate and a good value for money spent. We will stay there again. The only thing missing was a coffee maker and coffee is available in the lobby. It was a nice change for us.

More like a cabin or duplex the a Motel/Hotel. They offer covered parking at no charge, no hair dryer, is pet friendly so the room smelled likd dogs/cats??? The dressers are in real bad shape..had trouble opening any of the drawers. The heating/air system was noisy and the TV was of the old style...This Inn is a VERY rustic place and if your in to camping/cabins then this is the place for you....would we stay there again...I think not

The Peach Tree Inn is an updated motor court that has maintained its charm while providing updated, clean rooms with modern amenities. There's outdoor seating with a small central courtyard and porches in front of the rooms. Some of the rooms even have their own covered carports! The room had good beds, a large shower, and a seating area with a leather couch. The owners and employees are friendly and helpful. Overall, staying here was a treat!
