“Worste place ever!”

Everything was old, broken, stained, or smelled. AVOID at all cost!!!!
Plus, an alram in the room next to mine went off at 3 AM and did not get turned off until 8 AM.
Turns out the room was being used by hotel workers. When i finally went to complain the front desk girl acted like it was my problem... oh yeah, i had to GO complain because there is no way to reach the front desk by the phone in the room. Just horrible all around. Never stay here!

“It's like staying at a Motel 6, but at a Hampton Inn's price.”

I should've checked the reviews on this hotel. It is a lesson that I will use from now on. This place was terrible. The room I got looked crappy and smelled like paint fumes because they recently remodled it. The toilet was low and the water in it was high to a point where I would sit in it, my balls would float. The bed was like motel 6 bed because it was incredibly firm and it almost chose to sleep on the floor. The service is the worst ever. It took them two hours to find a replacement remote control for our tv. The pool that they have was not heated and jucuzzi had no water. I asked the man at the front desk how long the jacuzzi has been out and he said over a year. Also the Sauana room was unavaible too because for some reason our key cards didn't work. And if want breakfast in there, then I hope you like cereal and bannanas because that is all they have. This place was probably good back in it's hay day, but it's far from that now. This is the worst hotel experience ever.

Room Tip: Ask directions for the best hotel in town.

“Liar, liar, pants on fire...”

We ignored the other reviews and decided to stay at this hotel specifically because of the indoor, heated pool. I called the day before we arrived to confirm that the pool was open and that we would have a non-smoking room. I was assured that the pool, fitness center, AND SPA were working.

When we arrived, they were closed and had been for some long period of time.

If the pool in the atrium had been working, it would have been lovely - the atrium is beautiful but non-functioning. I think the new owners bought a nice place, then shut down the pool to save money.

The room was fine - basic. Breakfast was a bowl of cereal. I asked for a reduction in the rate because of the non-functioning pool and spa, which were the ONLY reason we booked here. The manager has NEVER been available to talk to me.

My friends stayed at the Comfort Inn, which also had an indoor pool, and were very comfortable.

Do not believe the front desk when they tell you about the amenities. The rooms without the pool/spa should cost about $35/night.

“Bates motel is better”

Upon arriving we were welcomed by a dead cat, the smell was horrid. The pool was ice cold, the room had carpet that I would not let my bare feet touch and almost everything was broken. The bates hotel would be an upgrade. If you are thinking of staying here, I hope you have had all your shots.

Indifferent night clerk (girl), manager (foreign) was verbally abusive. Room had evidences of semen on sheet; human effluent on wall, bed was like concrete. Horrors!
