Stayed here twice for one day each way. The first stay was disappointing. Son and I checked in and went to the room to check it out before dropping our luggage. The bathroom light was out. I didn't want to shower in the dark so we switched rooms. Both, however had no internet. Called the front desk, she gave me an 800 number to call. They said, 30 mins.of,"let me run a test" ..blah blah blah. Only until the next day did I get the real answer from the front desk girl. "there are wireless modems in about every fifth room" and "some are not working". " Well, why didn't the Night Girl tell me that instead of sidetracking me to an 800 number for a half hour". Anyway, the Manager stepped in and apologized. I told him I was coming back through in a few days and he said "call me for your reservation" and " will make sure you get a room with internet" Which, is what I did the second visit to this hotel. And, the room was nice and comfortable and clean. And, NO internet problems. I asked if they had fixed the problem, but they said sadly "no". So, my ADVISE to readers. Check out this hotels rooms before, and maybe call the hotel itself, for reservations. And, get a specific room number to your reservation.
