Most wretched place I have ever stepped foot in. Staff is unprofessional and management could care less to be concerned with guest issues. The sheets on the bed were stained and filthy, when i informed the front desk clerk he brought a set of wadded up sheets to the lobby, when I returned to the room to make the bed I found that these sheets were also soiled, as well as, the blanket and comforter having crmbs an such on them. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation, the clerk replied that there was nothing that they could do. After I requested to speak to the manager he quickly refunded my room rate to me, or so I thought. I have yet to see the refund being credited back to my card, I have a receipt, yet it has not appeared on my card. The average time for a refund on a card to be issued is 72hrs, where my visit, when the credit was supposedly issued, was well over 72 hrs ago. I have tried to contact the manager but he "isn't" there and the clerk believes it is my obligation to call back to speak with the manager instead of leaving a message for him to call me. Needless to say, I went down the road to another establishment, where the staff was friendly and the room was remarkable. I have a few more trips planned to the area over the next couple of months and will stay as far away from the Super 8 as possible.
