Good location, great staff, consistent superior quality. Friendly staff with little turn over noticed over many visits. Always get a great free breakfast with a wonderful omelet chef. Bartender at the manager’s reception always remembers you even if it has been several months since your last stay.

A Christmas Eve to remember. Ended up in Dallas without a reservation. This location was perfect for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the staff and amenities. We'll be back.

This hotel is very nice as most Embassy Suites are. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and complimentary breakfast was good. Managers reception was very nice. My only drawback was the restaurant. The food was not what I expected. I ordered a hamburger and waited quite a while for it with very few customers in the restaurant. Then I ordered my favorite desert, bread pudding. What came on the plate did not resemble any bread pudding I ever ordered before. It was a very dry chunk which is hard to describe, no moisture, no sauce and it kind of looked like a dry fruitcake without the fruit. It was a complete disappointment. I may be back but will not eat in the restaurant unless they make some changes.

Convenient location to Love Field made this our pick of hotels, but the pleasant experience will make it our #1 choice the next time we need a hotel in the area. The hotel and employees were tops in cleanliness and service. The made to order complimentary breakfast was so much better than the typical complimentary continental breakfasts at other hotels. The shuttle ride to the airport and back again was a real stress saver for me. Thanks for a positive experience.
